Network-friendly Epidemic Multicast
This implementation of the NeEM protocol was developed by P. Santos and J. Pereira at the Computer Science and Technology Center of the University of Minho. The original RSS proxy was developed by P. Martins and Seeds by A. Nunes.
Research leading to and using the NeEM protocol was partially funded by FCT (project P-SON), Microsoft Research, and HP Labs (IRA/CW118736). People involved were J. Pereira, L. Rodrigues, R. Oliveira, A.-M. Kermarrec, A. Pinto, M. J. Monteiro, S. Formigo, M. Matos, and others.
